During my recent stay at the W for a gourmet getaway, I had the pleasure of dining at the newly transformed Matisse Restaurant & Bar. The ambiance was warm and contemporary, setting the perfect tone for a culinary adventure. The menu featured a delightful mix of local and international favorites, showcasing the chef's innovative approach to cuisine.I opted for the breakfast spread and was thoroughly impressed. Fresh fruit, cheese, hot eggs, quiche, various juices, and smoothies filled the table. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients truly made the meal complete. If you're a food enthusiast seeking a delightful gastronomic experience in a chic setting, this is the place to be.
